Kapton Tapes are made from Polyimide film with silicone adhesive. They have been used in applications at temperatures as low as -269°C (-452°F) and as high as 260°C (500°F). They are available in 1 mil, 2 mil and 5 mil film thickness with 1.5 mil silicone adhesive.
